Refund Policy

Returning your purchase

Returns for orders delivered in Rwanda are accepted only in 2 days  and 14 days for international orders. You are responsible for repackaging and shipping your item on time. 

Receiving your refund

All successful refunds will be credited to the original payment method in the original currency. The cost of shipping your refund is your responsibility so all related charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note due to various processing times between payment providers, refunds can take up to up to 10 days to reflect in your account. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easy. We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your ZVET account or future orders being refused.
