1. Use of the website
This website is operated by ZVET JEWELLERY LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZVET JEWELLERY or ZVET . ZVET JEWELLERY offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Making a purchase
When you order an Item from ZVET JEWELLERY you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Website.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from ZVET Jewellery.
Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date of sending the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email.
If you require any information regarding your order(s) please contact Customer Services via email customercare@zvetjewelry.com.
We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment (iii) or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
3. Shipping & Delivery
i. When will I receive my order?
All our orders are shipped using our delivery partners for Rwandan orders and DHL for international orders, which ensures consistently reliable deliveries. Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days and are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
Most international orders will be delivered 5-8 business days from their shipment date. You will be able to track the progress using your tracking number.
For pre-order items, you will be notified via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
ii. Where is my order shipping from?
Each item is shipped from Rwanda and shipped directly to your door. Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged by our team to all destinations worldwide. Please see Delivery for more information.
iii. What destinations do ZVET ship to?
Our delivery partner DHL delivers to 30 countries across Europe. The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination of your order.
iv. Am I able to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the status of your shipment via the DHL portal. If you have any queries on your order and its progress, simply email us at customercare@zvetjewelry.com and we can investigate it for you.
For Rwandan order, our delivery team will get in touch with you the same day to for the delivery.
i. How can I return my order if I change my mind?
If you are unhappy with your item(s), please visit the returns portal on our site within 14 days for international orders and 2 days for Rwandan orders or receive your order for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your delivery fee and any duties you may have incurred with your purchase. Please see Returns for full details on our returns process.
ii. Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for another, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
