In addition to the quality and craftsmanship of its products, AFLIMBA creates jobs for young people and mothers from low-income households by offering them a training program (sewing) through AFLIMBA's craft school. They learn to sew and acquire other craft skills.

AFLIMBA also recycles harmful waste by transforming discarded pairs of jeans into high-quality bags.
